Shipping
Policy
In stock items will ship from the warehouse
within 3 business days from the time of purchase.
Standard UPS Ground schedule as represented on
the map below will apply from time of shipping.
You will recieve a conformation email at the time
of shipping containing your UPS tracking number.

for Rush, International, or other shipping options.

Return
Policy
Warranty period begins on date of delivery.
We have a 90-day warranty on all motors, and a
30-day warranty on all electronic parts: controllers,
throttles, and chargers. There is NO WARRANTY
on battery packs. We do not charge a restocking
fee on returns nor on exchanges. We are not liable
for shipping on any returns. An RA (return authorization)
number is required for all returns.Please

Refund
Policy
Your money will be promptly refunded if you make
a return. Your refund will be made in the same
form of payment that you originally used. i.e.
paid with credit card, refund by credit card.

We offer warranties on the Bike Electrified Conversion
Kits. There are also manufacturer's warranties for
various items that we sell.
